For as long as I can remember, I have always been drawn to art, graphic, and 3D skills. I wanted to find a way to combine them, and Technical Art and Graphic Design together were the perfect fit. I love the collaboration behind Graphic Design and Technical Art. So, as a technical artist I began my studies in graphic design at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).
On the technical artistic side, I enjoy thinking and troubleshooting problems and like to design tools for artists and animators to make them happy. I act as bridge between artists and programmers to ensure art assets can be integrated into game engine without sacrificing the artistic vision.
On the graphic design side, I excel in web UI designs and. Thankfully, due to my previous jobs as a Graphic Designer allowed me to wear many hats and worked with many clients with different tastes.
I'm very passionate and dedicated to my work. With my experience as a professional Front-End developer, I have acquired the skills and knowledge necessary to make your project a success. I enjoy every step of the design process, from discussion and collaboration.
Programmer with a keen eye for design, determining the structure and design of web pages, striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design. With the knowledge of graphic design I'm able to create visual content to communicate messages by applying visual hierarchy and page layout techniques.
Graduating from BCIT and Emily Carr university in "Comunication Design Essentials" help me to become proficient in creating visual concepts, to communicate ideas as well as developing the overall layout and production design for applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, and reports.
As a BCIT graduate in Technical Arts, I keep the artistic vision intact while working within the limits of the software systems used on a video game production. I have also both visual skills as well as programming knowledge. I'm able to write scripts for tools like Maya to help automate various art tasks.
I can fix the world, but they won'tgive me thesource code!
